About the role

Callerton Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Supervision Room Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting students to succeed. Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead the supervision room provision, ensuring a calm, supportive and purposeful environment where students can reflect, learn and improve.  You will: Provide consistent pastoral support, helping students develop self-esteem, resilience and positive behaviours.  Work closely with the leadership team to plan and adapt support for students where intervention is not yet improving behaviour.  Monitor and track behaviour using school data systems, identifying trends and supporting strategic decision-making.  Contribute to behaviour policies and strategies that promote positive conduct in school and the local community.  Ensure a safe, secure and supportive environment in line with safeguarding, health and safety and school policies.
