We are expanding our dedicated SEND team and looking for 2 Learning Support Assistants to transform the classroom experience. In this role, you won't just support learning - you'll build the confidence and independence that helps students own their future.
What you will do to be successful here
Deliver classroom support for pupils, planned and supervised by teachers. (Individual and small groups β e.g. SEND and Inclusion). Support colleagues by assisting with resource preparation, display and care and support of pupils including health care. Keep records of work in order to provide feedback and general support. Contribute to Student Profiles and PSPs. What you will need
Maths and English GCSE grade A* - C or Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 on the NQF or equivalent. Some experience of working with children, ideally in a school context. Basic ICT skills. About us
