Pastoral Leader

Brixham College, are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and proactive Pastoral Leader to join our dynamic and supportive pastoral team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in shaping the culture and well-being of our student community. As a Pastoral Leader, you will work closely with the Behaviour for Learning Manager and the wider Pastoral Team providing high-quality behaviour and pastoral support across the college. You will be a visible and approachable presence around the school, fostering positive relationships, promoting high standards, and ensuring that every student receives the care and guidance they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day pastoral care and behaviour support to students. Maintain a strong presence around the school, supporting both students and staff. Assist in the coordination of interventions for students requiring additional support. Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents/carers and external agencies. Manage and organise student information and behavioural records efficiently. Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment.
