This is an important and rewarding role within our pastoral team, where you will support students who may need additional guidance to engage successfully with school. Show a genuine commitment to promoting positive behaviour and inclusion across the school
Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a consistent approach
Be organised and detail-focused, able to maintain accurate records and contribute to student support plans
Communicate clearly and professionally with students, staff, families and external agencies
Have experience working with young people (ideally in a school or similar setting)
Hold GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) and have good ICT skills
Working in partnership with staff, families and external agencies, you will help ensure that support is consistent, tailored and impactful—making a real contribution to students’ day-to-day school experience.
