Resource Base Teaching Assistant The Wellington Academy Salary: Grade D, Point 4-6, £25,185 -25,989 FTE (DOE) Actual Salary: £18,836 - £19,438 pro rata (DOE) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Working hours: 37 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday: 08.00-16.00 (30 min unpaid break) Friday: 08.00-15.30 (30 min unpaid break) Closing date: Midnight 23rd June 2026 Interview Date : TBC Start Date of role: 1st September 2026 Job Overview We are looking for a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Base and become a valued part of our inclusive school community.
