Your new role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, families, staff and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for the academy.
Working closely with the School Operations Manager and wider administration team, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of reception and wider school operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing reception, visitor procedures and telephone enquiries * Supporting attendance administration and student welfare * Coordinating appointments, deliveries and meeting room bookings * Supporting first aid provision and safeguarding procedures * Assisting with school events and wider operational activities * Providing clerking and administrative support to the Academy Council, including minute-taking and maintaining governance records
