About the role

We are looking to recruit a new member of our teaching team to job-share with our experienced early years teacher from September 2026. The suitable candidate will be professional, friendly and highly organised with a passion for education and delivering an exciting and ambitious curriculum. This would be suitable for a part-time ECT and days could be increased to 0.6 and an experienced mentor provided. We would welcome the conversation. As a one-form entry Primary school, all teaching staff are expected to take responsibility for at least one subject area (unless an ECT). We provide dedicated subject leadership time to support the development of your subject area and supportive CPD. This post would be suitable for an ECT and an experienced mentor would be provided. We are looking for someone who: has high expectations and standards for all pupils embraces our school values and the Christian ethos of our school values well-being and personal development alongside academic progress and success, and is proactive in developing their own practice is able to work collaboratively within our strong teaching and whole staff teams develops high-quality professional relationships and communicates effectively with all children, their families and the whole staff team manages their time and workload effectively, meeting set deadlines as appropriate If you think you are the right person for the role, please apply via My New Term.
