This is an extremely exciting time

to be joining Leeds City Academy, one of the most rapidly improving schools within

the Leeds area and county of West Yorkshire. We are an 11-16academy and one of

Role:

The role involves contributing to the development and

enhancement of emotional wellbeing and mental health provision for children,

young people, and their families at Leeds City Academy. This includes

supporting the School Counsellor and Arch Leader in managing an active caseload

of students requiring targeted support, as well as delivering evidence-based

interventions in both group and one-to-one settings. You will also act as a

Mental Health First Aider and play a key role in delivering staff training to promote

and strengthen wellbeing support across the school.
