Inspiring learning. Supporting success. Making every lesson count. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Learning Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise classes during teacher absence, deliver pre-prepared learning activities, and support students to stay engaged, focused and making progress. What you’ll do: Supervise whole classes and deliver set learning activities Maintain accurate registers and provide clear feedback to teachers Support positive behaviour, wellbeing and student engagement Work with students 1:1 or in small groups where needed Assist with implementing support and behaviour plans We’re looking for someone who: Communicates well with students and staff Is organised, confident and able to use their own initiative Enjoys supporting young people to succeed Has experience working with children or young people Is reliable, positive and calm under pressure This is a rewarding role where you will help ensure continuity of learning and play a valuable part in students’ success.
