Level 2 Teaching Assistant for our Pathway 1 & 2 Provision Salary (pro rata): E4 - 6 £25,185 - £25,989 FTE Actual salary £19,963.47 - £20,600.78 34.25 hours per week - 39 weeks per year. Join our dedicated team and play a key role in creating a trauma-informed, inclusive and nurturing environment for students with additional needs. The Role: Support learning, communication and wellbeing for students with complex special educational needs, including autism and communication differences. You will work closely with teaching staff to remove barriers to learning, using trauma-informed approaches, and help every student feel valued, regulated and able to succeed.
