Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages, fostering a love of Art and creativity. Plan, prepare, and assess student work in line with curriculum requirements. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Art curriculum. Support the wider life of the academy through enrichment activities, exhibitions, clubs, or events. Work collaboratively as part of the Art department to share best practice and promote high standards.
