We are looking for: A positive and experienced practitioner who is able to teach small groups and whole classes as part of a strong team A team player who understands the joys and challenges of working in a small school A reflective practitioner who is able to adapt and evolve their teaching to meet the needs of children in the class And for someone who has: A clear knowledge of how to support all children to achieve their full potential A strong understanding of the curriculum and how it can be adapted to meet the needs of all learners A clear commitment to the values and Christian ethos of our Academy and our Trust Enthusiasm, positivity and a good sense of humour Working Hours The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm.
