The successful candidate will not only be able to motivate our students to achieve their full potential but will also be able to develop a student’s appreciation of the role RS plays in everyday life. “Staff have confidence in their leaders. They feel their workload is manageable through sharing resources and working cooperatively. They are proud to be a member of staff” Ofsted, Sept 22. The successful candidate will: Be an excellent practitioner Have the knowledge and experience, or ambition to teach from Year 7 to Year 13 Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and wellbeing are achieved.
