About this Role Job Overview Working under the direction of our SENCo you will required to Develop and maintain an effective relationship with a child who needs additional support integrating into the school environment. Develop communication skills and speech and language strategies Assist in the planning, delivery and monitoring of an individual child's progress To meet the needs of the children through positive relationships, play and interaction Contribute to a nurturing, stimulating and challenging environment for children.
