SENCO AT THE GROVE ACADEMY THE ROLE Position: SENCO Days: Flexible and can be agreed following appointment Hours: 19.5 hours per week - 0.6 of FTE Salary/Grade: MPS.3 - MPS.6 Actual Salary: Β£24,645 - Β£28,103 Fixed Term Contract: 31st August 2028 Job Description: CLICK HERE We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and highly organised SENCO to join our inclusive and nurturing school community on a 0.6 FTE basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely alongside our Lead SENCO to further develop high-quality provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We are looking for someone who is passionate about inclusion, committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential, and able to work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies.
