Applications are invited from highly motivated Teaching Assistants who will ensure that the North Star students that you work with feel safe, heard, and valued—and, as a result, are able to thrive in all aspects of school life. Working closely with the KS2/3 Teacher, Pastoral Manager, Learning Support Team and SENDCO, you will further develop your teaching support skills in this role.You will use a range of strategies to support students in all aspects of school life.This support will be both within the classroom with their academic studies and as a key worker to support their general or specific needs beyond the classroom.
