Lead Teaching Assistant

We are looking to

appoint a Lead Teaching Assistant,

to work in the Primary and

Secondary Department(mainly Primary at present). If successful you will lead a team of Teaching Assistants who are

key in supporting both the learning and pastoral needs of our pupils, by

deploying a range of coaching strategies and interventions at individual, group

and whole class level.

The successful

candidate will:

Directly line manage a team of Teaching

Assistants, including performance management Arrange daily cover for all lessons, clubs and

tuition Complete duty timetables Be responsible for the direction of Teaching

assistants Establish good working relationships with pupils

acting as a role model and setting high expectations Promote inclusion and acceptance of all Organise agency staff Attend Leadership meetings
