About the role

This role will provide a high quality, effective cleaning service to ensure a clean and hygienic environment. The post is required to work with cleaning equipment and products which contain chemicals, but the necessary protective clothing will be provided. Job Details Hours of Work: 15 hours per week (Monday-Friday 3.15-6.15pm) Term Time only, including Training Days, plus 2 weeks (41 weeks per year) Position Type: Permanent Line Manager: Cleaning Supervisor Travel Required: No The salary is dependent on current qualifications and experience, please see the attached job description for more information. This is a physically demanding role that requires a "can do" attitude, attention to detail, and strong time management skills. You'll need to be self-motivated, efficient, and able to take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards - even when working independently. What we’re looking for: A hard-working, dependable team player Someone who takes ownership of their tasks and works with purpose Good organisational skills and the ability to meet cleaning deadlines The ability to follow health and safety guidelines and procedures A positive attitude Your duties will include: Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Emptying bins and managing waste responsibly Replenishing supplies and reporting any issues or damages Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential - training will be provided.
