The role will include responsibilities such as: supporting childrenβs learning (Nursery to Year 2), undertaking playground duties, preparing resources, assisting the class teacher as well as a lunch duty. An interest in working with SEN children or in our Nursery setting would be an advantage. Start Date: ASAP Salary: GST Grade B: FTE: Β£23,857 Prorata: Β£12,640 Contract: Permanent Hours: 22.5 What we are looking for: GCSE grades of at least βCβ in English and Maths The ability to read and write fluently, with confidence in maths Self-confidence, common sense and maturity A good sense of humour and effective communication skills Adaptability and enthusiasm SEN experience (desirable but not essential) Be confident to work with pupils from Nursery to Year 2 Interview: TBC Please note that the school reserves the right to interview suitable candidates prior to the application closing date.
