Candidates will need to demonstrate

An outstanding teacher (or an

ECT aspiring to be outstanding) who has vision, drive and a determination

Able

to consistently teach inspirational lessons and have good subject

knowledge

Organised and have excellent

communication skills

Innovative,

creative, enthusiastic and passionate about their subject and able to

deliver results
