About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children and/or young people with Autism (across at least two Key Stages is desirable). Is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and committed to putting new knowledge into practice. Is ready to play a key role in helping the school thrive and improve. Can bring energy, creativity, and positivity into the classroom. Is a team player who communicates effectively and collaborates with colleagues, families, and other professionals. Is flexible and ready to work across different classes, adapting to the diverse needs of our pupils.
