About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children and/or young people with Autism (across at least two Key Stages is desirable). Is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and committed to putting new knowledge into practice. Is ready to play a key role in helping the school thrive and improve. Can bring energy, creativity, and positivity into the classroom. Is a team player who communicates effectively and collaborates with colleagues, families, and other professionals. Is flexible and ready to work across different classes, adapting to the diverse needs of our pupils. Shares our values of being Inspirational, Aspirational, and Transformational in everything they do. Has a strong sense of responsibility for safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners.
