The opportunity: This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high performing and well established Modern Foreign Languages Faculty, working with committed colleagues and highly motivated students across French, German and Spanish. Applications will be considered for either full time working or 0.8FTE. As Head of MFL, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of languages across the school, leading curriculum development, driving high standards in teaching and learning, and ensuring excellent outcomes for students at all key stages. You will work closely with Heads of Department and senior leaders to further develop a coherent and ambitious curriculum, support professional growth across the faculty and foster a collaborative culture rooted in high expectations and continual improvement. The role provides significant scope for leadership, innovation and influence, including opportunities to shape assessment practices, develop teaching expertise across the team and contribute to whole school priorities.
