Qualified Teacher Status with a relevant

degree: bringing secure subject expertise and a strong foundation to

deliver high-quality PE lessons that support excellent student outcomes. Proven ability to reflect on and improve

teaching practice: using insight and evaluation to continuously strengthen

pedagogy and maximise student achievement. Strong knowledge of PE programmes of study: ensuring

a well-sequenced, engaging curriculum that builds skills, knowledge, and

confidence across all key stages. Clear understanding of strategies to embed

high aspirations: driving a

culture of ambition where every student is supported and challenged to exceed

expectations and raise attainment. Effective behaviour management:

establishing consistent routines and positive relationships through clear

boundaries, recognition, and restorative approaches that enable all students to
