Our Ideal candidate will have:

Strong subject expertise: Qualified Teacher Status with a degree (or equivalent) in English, underpinned by secure subject knowledge and a passion for delivering a rich, ambitious curriculum. Data-informed teaching: Confident in analysing and interpreting student data to identify gaps, inform planning and adapt teaching, ensuring measurable impact on progress and outcomes.
