The successful candidate will prioritise building strong relationships and connections with both children and adults alike and will have the vision, passion and drive to achieve excellent outcomes for all pupils. They will model a positive outlook on a daily basis and will encourage all children to aspire and ‘dream big’. The successful applicant will also: Have a passion for inspiring learners through exciting and innovative curriculum experiences. Have high expectations of themselves and their pupils, modelling aspiration in their daily being. Be keen to engender a calm sense of support, nurture and care for our children. Demonstrate resilience and determination to ensure our provision is of the highest standard. Be flexible and adaptable to be able to meet the varied needs of our children. Be a positive role model for the children. Have a desire to develop their own skills and career progression and be part of the whole life of the school. Have completed their ECT years. This post would suit an individual who has previous experience of teaching in EYFS. The post will likely involve working Monday-Wednesday.
