Nursery wrap around provision for staff members with children at SMSJ, staff are allocated a place for their children (in line with The School’s Admissions Policy) Access to free counselling and other wellbeing support Termly staff social events and tea and cake Fridays SMSJ school personalised staff planners Carpark and off-street parking We are looking for somebody who: Has a passion for their subject and experience of teaching Business Studies and Economics Can precision plan and improve the quality of teaching and learning across a department Has the skills to develop a curriculum, implement and monitor change Can lead and motivate a team towards a shared goal Will raise the profile of the department and broaden participation Can analyse and use data effectively to ensure rapid and sustained student progress Has excellent communication skills with the ability to build excellent parent and student relationships Is willing to participate in the wider life and development of the school, including providing enrichment opportunities for students Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
