Education is part of the foundation of our children's future success, so we aim to raise aspirations so that expectations can be surpassed in every lesson, every day. We want our children to build a love of learning, enjoy our aspirational curriculum and access the many learning and personal development opportunities provided for them. Teaching in primary education offers an incredibly rewarding career where every day brings new opportunities to inspire and make a difference. Yet, males remain unrepresented in the primary sector. We are proud to champion diversity and encourage all individuals to consider a career in primary teaching. By sharing experiences of male primary teachers, we aim to challenge stereotypes and show that primary teaching is a profession where everyone can thrive.
