Personal Development Mentor - Brompton Hall School Are you a hardworking, creative, and knowledgeable professional with a passion for supporting children with SEND? Brompton Hall School is seeking additional members of the Pastoral team to play a vital role in shaping the personal development and welfare of our pupils. As a Personal Development Mentor, you will ensure high-quality pastoral support for pupils with additional needs, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies. In addition, you will lead personal development across the whole school, driving initiatives that promote well-being, resilience, and positive relationships. Working within the established pastoral team you will support interventions and pupils personal development for all pupils within the school. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, within a supportive and dynamic school community. Principal Accountabilities Promote & safeguard the welfare of all pupils, including Looked After Children Use Specialist skills and training, to support pupils Arrange & develop mentoring arrangements & provide support to disengaged/ vulnerable pupils Undertake comprehensive assessments of pupils to determine those in need of particular help Challenge & motivate pupils, promote & reinforce self-esteem Assist in development & implementation of appropriate behavioural support strategies Administrative support, updating records, liaise with parents and carers as required Weβre Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with children or young people Is patient, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people Has NVQ level 3 or equivalent Has strong
