We are looking for a friendly, efficient and highly organised Office Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice of our school. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, with a particular focus on admissions administration and supporting communication across the school community. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, builds strong relationships and takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support. You will play a key role in supporting pupils, families and staff, helping to create a positive and efficient environment where children can flourish. Key Responsibilities As our Office Administrator, you will: Welcome pupils, parents, staff and visitors, acting as a professional and friendly first point of contact Support nursery admissions processes, including maintaining waiting lists and records Maintain accurate pupil records using the school’s management information systems Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the school office Manage incoming calls, emails and post, responding to queries appropriately Support attendance processes, including communication with families Assist with data collection, reporting and statutory returns Maintain office systems, including filing, stock management and calendar support Support basic financial administration such as recording invoices and handling cash securely Ensure all safeguarding, security and confidentiality procedures are followed at all times Contribute to a well-organised, safe and welcoming school environment Who We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who shares our commitment to providing the very best for our pupils and community.
