Higher Level Teaching Assistant

St Alban’s Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who will play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning within a caring, inclusive and values-driven environment. About the Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will: Cover PPA across the school from Nursery to Year 6. Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress. Support teaching and learning within the classroom. Work closely with teachers and other staff to provide high-quality educational support. Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing environment that supports pupils’ emotional, social, spiritual and academic development. Uphold and support the Catholic ethos and values of the school. Salary £32,597 - £35.412 per annum pro rata, actual £27,701 - £30,093 per annum. 37hrs per week, term time working plus 3 training days.  The School Offers A strong Catholic ethos where everyone is valued.
