Key Responsibilities Support the Headteacher in delivering the visionary leadership of the school Lead on key areas of school improvement and strategic development Promote excellence in teaching and learning across the academy Monitor and evaluate standards, ensuring all pupils achieve their potential Foster a strong Catholic ethos in all aspects of school life Support staff development, coaching, and performance management Contribute to safeguarding and the wellbeing of pupils and staff The Ideal Candidate Will: Be a practising Catholic and committed to supporting the Catholic ethos of the school Have substantial leadership experience in a primary/secondary setting (adjust as appropriate) Demonstrate a proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a clear vision for teaching and learning Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
