Your role: In this rewarding Early Years role, you will support the Reception Class through play-based, engaging learning experiences, helping them feel confident and ready to explore. Working closely with the class teacher, you will provide tailored support for individuals and small groups, helping every child overcome barriers and make meaningful progress. You will nurture communication, curiosity and independence, encouraging children to stay engaged, develop key early skills and celebrate their achievements along the way. To succeed, you will bring a strong understanding of early child development, experience working with young children, and a calm, positive approach. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to adapt quickly and contribute to a well-organised, nurturing classroom environment, always committed to inclusion and safeguarding. Fluency Duty: As this role involves direct interaction with the public, it is essential that the candidate meets the Fluency Duty requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016. The successful candidate must demonstrate fluency in English to ensure effective communication with our staff, parents and pupils.
