HEADTEACHER Commencing September 2026 Salary - L15 (£73,105) to L21 (£84,699) The Role Brooksward School is proud of its strong community, its nurturing ethos and its commitment to helping every child succeed. You will work closely with our dedicated staff, ensuring they feel valued and empowered in their roles, and you will help them continue to deliver high‑quality teaching that enables every pupil to thrive. Families are an important part of the Brooksward community and your leadership will help maintain the warm partnership we have with parents and carers. With the support of Trust leadership, you will help guide the school’s ongoing development, ensuring that our learning environment, curriculum and culture continue to reflect the high standards our community expects. Your role will involve providing clear direction, thoughtful decision‑making and a calm presence that brings people together. You will uphold our commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion, and ensure the school remains a place where everyone feels welcome and cared for.
