Pastoral Support Officer - (Pupil Premium) Rickmansworth School About the role Location: Croxley Green, Rickmansworth Contract type: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week, Term Time + 5 INSET/Additional days Salary: H6 Pt 14 - 29,540 pro rata plus Fringe Allowance £1,045 (Actual Salary £26,278.63 incl. Fringe) Start Date: September Rickmansworth School is seeking a Pastoral Support Officer with a strong focus on supporting our Pupil Premium students, to join our already successful Pastoral team. In this role, you will work closely with students eligible for Pupil Premium Grant funding, ensuring they receive the support needed to achieve the best possible outcomes. The Pastoral Support Officer will be highly skilled in multitasking and will have a proven track record in key aspects of the role. While experience in a similar position within the education sector is preferred, we are also open to candidates from other sectors who possess the relevant skills. Training will be provided for exceptional applicants who demonstrate the potential to excel in this important role.The School’s admissions criteria gives preference to staff members’ children (as there is a demonstrable skill shortage for this post, the successful candidate could apply for a priority admission place for their own child).
