The Office Supervisor is responsible for leading the front office function and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of school administration. The role supports the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and wider school community through diary management, meeting coordination, minute taking, safeguarding administration, HR support, SEND and EHCP processes, and oversight of reception staff. The postholder acts as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies, while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, organisation and communication across the school.
