About the role: We are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant (additional needs) Support individual children sometimes within small groups, making the adjustments on a day-to-day basis to ensure access to a differentiated and highly personalised curriculum Working closely with the SENCO to deliver a personalised programme of support to meet targets To support the child’s personal care and needs, including communication by following the Education Health Care Plans, and undergoing any relevant training Lunchtime supervision is included in this post We welcome applications from candidates seeking flexible working arrangements, including flexible hours or job-sharing options.
