The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional teaching and learning, raising standards, and ensuring students achieve outstanding academic outcomes. You will work with both staff and students to maintain high expectations, encourage innovation, and develop a forward-thinking approach to the curriculum that equips students with the skills needed for future success. Work closely with senior leadership to implement whole-school initiatives aimed at raising standards and expectations. Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to develop their creativity, problem-solving skills, and passion for Design Technology. Provide guidance, support, and professional development for staff within the department, ensuring effective teaching strategies are shared and implemented. Monitor and evaluate the progress and attainment of students, ensuring that all achieve their full potential.
