About this Role Duties & Responsibilities of Higher Level Teaching Assistant We expect our Higher Level Teaching Assistants at East Park to make the education of their pupils their first concern, and are accountable for achieving the highest possible standards in work and conduct. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupilsβ achievement, progress and development. The role will include learning as well as supporting learning.
