Teacher of Music Teacher Main Pay Scale Β£34,398 - Β£46,839 per annum FTE: 100% Start date: 1st September 2026 Brentwood County High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Music to join our dynamic and supportive team from September 2026. As a Music Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring a love for music in our students. Your role will involve teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5 preparing students for both GCSE and A-Level examinations and contributing to extra-curricular music activities. You will be working alongside experienced Head of Departments and supportive Senior Leadership Teams (SLT), fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality music lessons that engage and motivate students. Develop and implement a curriculum that caters to diverse learning needs. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity. Organise and lead school concerts, performances, and other musical events.
