Are you passionate about supporting students to reach their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team and make a real difference in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers in lesson planning, evaluating, and adjusting lessons to meet the needs of individuals and groups of pupils.
Work closely with students’ educational teams and parents to develop and implement intervention strategies that support behavioural integration and learning within the school environment.
Support staff in managing challenging behaviours, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Implement agreed learning activities using strategies in liaison with teachers, helping pupils achieve their next steps in learning.
Partner with other adults involved in the educational process, liaising with external professionals and parents/carers, and taking the initiative to establish links when necessary.
Support pupils’ social and emotional well-being, reporting concerns to teachers as appropriate.
