The successful candidate will: Be confident teaching Computer Science across all key stages, with some Business Studies at KS4 be an excellent practitioner with a proven record of leadership in a high performing department be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills be dedicated to contributing to key areas of the School Development Plan be able to make a full contribution in the duties and line management of the school Plan effective lessons aligned to the curriculum, allowing students to reach their academic and creative potential Actively promote student achievement through regular assessment and feedback, adapting teaching to ensure all students can access learning Contribute to our weekly extracurricular programme We are deeply proud of the welcoming, aspirational culture we have built and the purposeful learning that is second nature in our classrooms.
