We are looking for someone
who:
has proven SEND experience across
mainstream or specialist education environments has a deep understanding of the unique
rewards and complex challenges of SEND support is skilled at establishing calm, structured, and nurturing environments that
foster holistic growth has a firm commitment to inclusive
education, ensuring every child achieves a sense of belonging has expertise in cultivating strong,
trusting partnerships with pupils, families, and caregivers is resilient,
patient, and a proactive, having solution-focused attitude maintains high aspirations for every pupil's academic, social, and emotional
success adapts seamlessly between cooperative teamwork and confident leadership of targeted
provision champions relational practice, consistent structures, and trauma-informed
nurture brings positive energy and an excellent sense of humour to the team
