Director of Communities and Partnerships Areté Communities (a partner organisation of Areté Learning Trust) Job Details Hours of Work:  37 Hours Per Week, Full Year Salary Grade: Grade N - Grade SM1 Position Type:  Permanent Line Manager: CEO/CFOO Travel Required:  Yes Areté Learning Trust is developing an ambitious communities and partnerships strategy, extending our impact beyond the classroom to better support children, families and the communities we serve. As part of this, we are establishing Areté Communities to lead the development of our Community Hub model and early help offer. We are now seeking an exceptional individual to: shape and lead a place-based communities strategy develop and scale our Community Hub model build strong partnerships across education, local authority, health and the voluntary sector secure sustainable funding to support long-term impact This is a rare opportunity to design and lead a model that connects education, community and partnership working at a system level.
