You will play a vital role in ensuring every child receives the care, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. Hours of work, 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 11am. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential Works well independently and as part of a team Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and motivated Communicates effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues Demonstrates excellent literacy and numeracy skills Is committed to ongoing learning and development Can build positive relationships with families and the wider community Can promote positive values, attitudes, and good behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents and encouraging pupils to take responsibility for their own behaviour.
