CARETAKING SHIFT SUPERVISOR (AFTERNOON/EVENING) Commencing ASAP 37.5 hours (all year round) Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 9:30pm Salary: £28,142 to £31,022 p.a. The Role Watling Academy is seeking a proactive and dedicated Caretaking Shift Supervisor (Afternoon/Evening) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our school, maintaining the safety, security and overall upkeep of the building and grounds. We are committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for students, staff and visitors; as our Caretaking Shift Supervisor, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve that goal. This role involves leading the evening shift team, ensuring the completion of allocated maintenance tasks and compliance checks, liaising with the cleaning team and acting as a point of escalation for the Lettings team. You will ensure the site remains safe, secure, and operational during extended hours, support the delivery of our lettings strategy and maintain high standards across the Academy’s facilities.
