As Headteacher, you will provide the vision and leadership needed to guide Oldfield through its next phase of development, bringing together culture, curriculum and community. Curriculum Leadership You will play a key role in shaping and refining a curriculum that is ambitious, inclusive and meaningful for all children. You will support a culture of continual improvement, where curriculum thinking is strengthened through collaboration, reflection and evidence-informed practice across the Trust.
