It is one of the most popular option subjects at GCSE, and we have students competing at borough, county, regional, and national level at all age levels across multiple sports and disciplines. We are seeking an outstanding teacher and leader to take charge of this department with contact across all year groups, from Year 7 through to Year 13. You will bring clear vision for curriculum, the ability to develop colleagues, and the drive to expand on the successes of this department. You may be an experienced head of department or an accomplished teacher ready for your first leadership role. Weekly CPD sessions for Early Career Teachers Access to the MLT Teaching and Learning Handbook, which sets out our shared principles for curriculum planning and implementation across the Trust as well as to termly publications of the MLT Teacher magazine, which staff from across the trust contribute to, looking at a wide range of topics.
