We are an award-winning, Outstanding co-educational specialist trust supporting boys and girls aged 4-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and play a key role in developing and delivering an integrated therapy service across the academy. In this role, you will contribute to the development of an occupational therapy service that meets the diverse needs of our pupils, delivering specialist, outcome-focused interventions and embedding therapeutic strategies across the curriculum. You will also support staff development through training and collaboration, ensuring a consistent, holistic approach to supporting young people. About the role: You will lead on establishing and developing a high-quality occupational therapy provision, supporting pupils with a diverse range of needs. This includes delivering specialist, outcome-focused interventions, embedding therapeutic strategies across the curriculum, and training staff to enhance inclusive practice. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to provide a truly holistic approach to care and education.
