Part Time KS2 Teacher (0.5FTE)

What skills and experience we're looking for A teacher who is passionate about teaching in Key Stage 2 and is committed to inspiring children to achieve their best. A teacher who provides strong pastoral support for children and is committed to promoting pupils’ wellbeing, personal development, and emotional needs. A teacher who can effectively meet the needs of pupils with SEND through inclusive practice, adaptive teaching, and appropriate support and challenge. A teacher who can plan and deliver engaging, well-sequenced KS2 lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and promote high expectations, particularly in maths and writing. Someone who uses assessment effectively to adapt teaching and provide appropriate stretch and challenge, enabling more pupils to achieve greater depth. A collaborative professional who will contribute to the development and implementation of the school curriculum and work closely with colleagues in planning. A practitioner who maintains excellent classroom behaviour routines and promotes pupils’ personal development in line with our school values. A team player who enjoys working within a small, supportive staff team and building positive relationships with parents and the wider community. An individual who is committed to fulfilling statutory responsibilities, including safeguarding, accurate record keeping, and contributing to whole-school improvement priorities.
