This role offers hands-on experience in a busy school environment while working towards a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship during working hours. You will support staff and students with day-to-day IT issues, help maintain systems and equipment, and log support requests through the IT helpdesk. This is a great opportunity to develop technical skills while working alongside experienced IT professionals in a varied and rewarding What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a genuine interest in IT who is keen to learn and develop their skills. You should be reliable, organised and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of people. You will ideally have: Entry-level qualifications (or equivalent) and a willingness to work towards an apprenticeship A basic understanding of IT systems such as Windows and Microsoft 365, or a strong desire to learn Good communication and customer service skills The ability to work well independently and as part of a team An understanding of confidentialit
